Hotel/Resort management system (New Way) is a management software system, used for 3 - 5 stars hotels. It's developed by TCV.,JSC and applied in many large hotels/resort. The system includes following modules:
1. The major difference between Newway and other types of software?

3. How long does it take to program this hotel management software?
Time to implement this system depends on how many modules a customer would like to install. Maximum time is less than one month. Normally, a system with full hotel features and simultaneous deployment of modules will take a total time of about fifteen working days of installation. The hotel can use the software immediately after that.
In the case of hotels where a separate imployment is needed, it will be available for use within 30 (thirty) working days, at the most. But this is only an estimate. With actual deployment process, we will apply the policy manual software until the hotel staff is proficient in using the system. We will provide support 24 / 7 to answer any question that the staff may raise.
4. What's about warranty? Term and content?
We warranty that our products are free of technical problems or errors in Vietnam. Warranty includes: - Answer any questions relating to using 24/7 software - Consultation process in accordance with the requirements of the hotel management - Problem correction relating to the software within 30 minutes upon receiving notification from the hotel.
5. Can this software handle one-day reservation for groups of guests of tour agencies?
Newway is a program designed with modern technology. It is suitable to standard of hotels - from 3 stars to 5 stars. It enables the sales staff and receptionist to make reservations easily and quickly. It features can handle: - Reservations and management information for customers - One-day reservations (For example, a guest check-in at the hotel from 12/01/2010-15/01/2010 and back in on 18/01/2010 - 20/01/2010) - Otherwise, the software is very flexible in processing the information management of the tour groups, for example - check ins. The receptionists do not need to enter information about each customer for each room in order to just track information of the Group.
7. Can I be consulted about the professional hotel when using Newway software?
